"You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger"
Frustration & Anger
Everyone, at times, feels anger. However, if we are unable to manage this emotion, this is our problem and it will have a negative effect on many situations in our lives.
Our mindsets can play a huge part in managing our anger, or stopping us feeling angry in the first place.
Let's be honest, how many times have you been angry, only to feel remorse for the possible upset you may have caused others and yourself? How many times have you felt angry about really trivial things? It could be that there are underlying issues causing this.
Whatever the reasons for our anger, we can confidently say that long-term we rarely gain anything by being angry. In fact, long-term, it is ourselves who come out the losers.
How we can help
On the Mind Management Workshop we will look at:
- The reasons why we get angry and analyse why we are feeling this emotion.
- Ways to manage our anger, which will leave us with far fewer regrets.
It is our aim that at the end of this topic, participants will have a greater understanding on why, or sometimes if, they should be feeling anger and how best to manage this emotion.
As with all the topics covered on the workshop, there’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions.
